Using the service
You may use the service for personal, lawful play and creation. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Do not share your password.
Internet and microphone access
An internet connection is required for online play and playing with others. Mimic Me does not include live voice chat or voice calls. Microphone permission is used only for short voice recordings during gameplay rounds. Those recordings are submitted for scoring and played back to players in the current match; live microphone audio is not streamed between players. If you do not grant microphone permission, you cannot record a voice take.
Community and acceptable use
Be respectful to other players. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, disrupt, or harm others; break the law; bypass security; or interfere with the game or its servers. We may restrict or suspend accounts or content that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.
Audio and other content
Only upload or publish sound clips, names, images, and other material that you own or have permission to use. Your content must not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material. You keep ownership of your content. When you upload it, you allow us to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service; when you publish a Creator Studio pack, you also allow it to be made available to other users through the service.
Creator Rewards
Eligible creators may be considered for Creator Rewards of up to US$100 for public SFX packs. Rewards are not guaranteed. We decide eligibility, reward amount, availability, review, payment method, and any additional requirements. We may withhold or revoke a reward where a pack or account violates these terms, community rules, or applicable law.
Ads and purchases
The game may include Google AdMob ads. The service may also offer in-app purchases. The currently supported purchase is the one-time Remove Ads item on Google Play for Android. Purchases are linked to the YAP TOGETHER account signed in when the purchase is verified. The applicable store handles billing and payment details; store prices, availability, purchase restoration, and refund options are subject to that store's terms and processes and applicable law.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features as the service develops. We may also temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We will update these terms when they materially change and revise the date above.
Disclaimer
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
